Please carefully read and review the terms and conditions of our company and your responsibility as a valued customer.

At Vanity L.Y.F.E.  all sales are final.  For whatever reason there is an issue with the hair we will then determine by thorough investigation.  Customers have up to 3 business days from the date of receiving the package to return the merchandise for exchange. However please keep in mind that Vanity L.Y.F.E. will make the final decisions on all possibly defective merchandise.


Again there are absolutely no refunds. Exchanges are only permitted if we find that there has been a defect on the hair.

Exchanges are only permitted on hair that has not been opened, cut, combed, brushed or tampered with in any type of way. If you are unsure about the hair please have a licensed and professional hair stylist review the hair without breaking the bundle open.

Due to federal laws we are not permitted to accept back any hair that has been unsealed from the package, or tampered with in any physical form. It is unsanitary to accept the hair back in any condition other than the way it left our factory.


We accept any form of payment. Payment is expected upfront for all transactions. There are no partial payments.

Vanity L.Y.F.E. will not tolerate any type of credit card fraud.  This also includes but not limited to theft of our products, and images on our website. We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

You may be asked to provide additional information if your shipping and billing address are not the same.


Business operation hours are from 10 am -5 pm cst. All orders are processed at 3 pm pst , and will be shipped on the next business day. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.


Because things can occur due to mother nature, global crisis, and other unseen events please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. We work with fed ex for our delivery and are not responsible f or delays on the carriers behalf. We will offer you a tracking number and other shipping information to contact the carrier. REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED DUE TO DELAYS ON THE CARRIERS BEHALF.   In addition we will not compensate for delayed deliveries on the carriers behalf.


It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that your shipping address is correct.  Additional charges will apply when the address is changed. Charges will also be applied when the shipping address is abandoned. Deliveries will not be allowed at abandoned addresses. We are not responsible for refused deliveries.


Tradeshows, conferences, contest, layaway, are not permitted for refund and exchanges.
